Design Check
Our professional engineers meticulously counter-check and evaluate the contractual drawings to confirm and accept the responsibility for the proposed work. This ensures that all design specifications meet the required standards and client expectations.
Shop Drawings
Our engineering team prepares detailed shop drawings to secure the necessary approvals from consultants and clients. These drawings are essential for visualizing the project and ensuring all parties are aligned on the execution plan.
Material Submittal
We submit the proposed materials for approval to the consultant and client. This step guarantees that only high-quality, approved materials are used in the project, ensuring durability and compliance with industry standards.
Execution
The execution of work is carried out according to the approved shop drawings and using the approved materials. Throughout this process, we prioritize quality factors and adhere to the delivery schedule to ensure timely project completion.
Request for Inspection (RFI)
We submit a Request for Inspection (RFI) to the consultant or client at each phase of the work, as stipulated in the contract. This step ensures that the work is inspected and approved at each critical stage, maintaining transparency and quality control.
As-Built Drawings
Upon project completion, we provide as-built drawings in accordance with the contract. These drawings reflect the exact specifications and layout of the completed project, serving as a vital reference for future maintenance and modifications.
Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals
After execution, we provide the site personnel with a comprehensive set of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals. These manuals offer detailed instructions on how to operate and maintain the installed systems, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
Testing & Commissioning
We conduct thorough testing and commissioning of the system in the presence of the client or consultant. This step verifies that all systems are functioning correctly and meet the specified requirements before the project is handed over.
Handing-Over
Upon completion of all procedures, the hand-over/take-over documents are signed by both parties. This formal handover marks the successful completion of the project and the transition of responsibility to the client.
Guarantees
The installed systems come with counter guarantees as per the system manufacturers’ standards. These guarantees provide assurance of the system’s quality and performance.
Warranty Period
After handing over the system to the site personnel, we provide full technical support during the warranty period specified in the contract. This support ensures any issues are promptly addressed, maintaining the system’s optimal performance.
